Bonaparte’ s a la carte menu is based on classical French cuisine,
which is combined with new trends in the world’s food culture.
Already from the beginning we have emphasised the high quality of food
and service. Everything we offer is made on premises, eg pastry, chocolate
sweets and ice cream. Know-how and traditions necessary were acquired
under the supervision of 2 French chefs and bakers, who during their
3-year stay in Tallinn created foundation to successive high level of
the restaurant.
